These capsules are great. They have been very effective in reducing bloating and also helpful in reducing pain in my knees !!!

After a couple of weeks use taking this supplement and taking care of meal portion sizes and what you are eat I dropped my levels from the 9's to the low 5's.No supplement will help you if you dont modify your diet and lifestyle but taking these supplements and making few changes really made a difference.
