Breaks easily
This chain is low quality and does not last with frequent use. I made the mistake of buying it twice. The first one lasted a month before it broke. The second lasted 6 months. Obviously I won’t be making the same mistake again.

Ordered 22 inch got 18 inch
It is strong but they shipped the smallest 18inch, ordered 22 inch

Wrong size came
Bought the 24” chain based on graph that showed where it would land. What arrived is definitely not what was shown, and is not 24”.

Bad packaging
Comes in a vacuume sealed plastic container and very easy to break the chain just getting it out of package. I was sent one that was broken in the package, returned it & received a second. Ok but super cheap, would not recommend

Cheap Material
It broke in the 2nd day wearing it. I was disappointed because it was for my mother father and sisters ashes. A waste of money.

Not true to size
I ordered a 24” so I could easily slip on and off but the necklace was just short so f 23”
