I got this to help hold everything in and lift other things lol. It's not too snug at all and seems like really high-quality material its a very thick fabric it's very warm so I'm sure it's probably good for sweating too!

I received my product and was excited to try it out at the gym. I ordered according to the size chart, but found that the vest is a bit big around the waist and arms. I should have gone down a size. Other than that, I believe it does what it is designed to do. It made me sweat but don't know if it was as much as other waist slimmers. I'll continue to wear it an see what happens. Maybe I will order the next size down to see if it is more effective... overall good buy.

I was skeptical about ordering one of these but after lots of research I ended up going with this one and I’m so glad I did! It’s amazing! I’m usually a large about 178lbs and a bit busty so I sized down and got a medium and am so happy! It fits on the middle clasp on the inside so it gives me room to hook it smaller after I lose some weight it was kind of hard to get into but once I did it was so comfortable and improved my posture as well! Seriously can’t wait to take this baby to the gym!
