milk+sass Travel Size Hairbrush , Lavender Peach-Rose

This was a bit more than I'd normally spend on just a travel brush but I'm glad I went with this one for several reasons, the main one being the quality of both the plastic casing and the bristles. I personally didn't think the bristles were too sharp at all. I have very fine hair that easily tangles and this works great for me. True to the claim, it really detangles with just normal brushing without any extra effort or discomfort. When I opened it, I thought the bristles may be too short to really work well but for me that wasn't an issue at all.In addition, I think it's worth spending a little extra on this one because of the case itself. The cap has a nice-sized mirror so it serves more than just one function. I also really like that it closes completely so I can just throw it in my purse and it stays clean. The cap stays on very securely, so much so that I assumed it was screwed on. After failing to open it that way I just pulled and the cap popped right off. It surprised me that it closes so firmly but is also so easy to open. The size is perfect for my needs too, so all around I have no regrets about this purchase.

Size: if you're wondering about the size, it's not that much bigger than a Bath & Body Works 1floz hand sani. Fits perfectly in small bags/purses, super compact! I bought this for my trip to Seattle. Came in handy when I got rained on! My curls went bye bye, but my hair still felt soft and tangle free.Color: I love the pastel color--the description was true to its details. As you can see in the photos, the exterior is a light purple color and the brush is a peachy color.Mirror: the mirror is awesome, it isn't one of those cheap glossy mirrors if you know what I mean. My toddler loves it lol she looks at herself in the mirror and gives herself kissy faces.Overall, I love this detangling brush. I want to collect them all!

This brush is very cute and fits perfectly in my hand, and of course detangles my hair. But even though the package was unopened at delivery it came dirty with a ring of some kind of residue all around the top part. Most of it came off with some warm water and scraping it with my thumb nail but it’s unfortunately slightly stained.

Love the compactness and easy use of this brush. I have been looking for a brush to fit in my purse that didn’t have the bristles sticking out to catch everything. This works perfect and I love the color.

I literally love this. I always keep a small brush in my backpack, im in med school so when I go study somewhere im there for 10-12 hours and I have hair to the bottom of my ribs so it gets super tangled just sitting there. I got really fed up with bristles on brushes getting smushed and turning weird directions and then the hair getting stuck in the brush and coming out on my things in my backpack. I also only use wet brushes bc I don't like other brushes tugging or breaking my hair. It is weirdly so hard to find a brush with a cover that isn't a full sized brush though so I tried this brand. I loooove it. the bristles are not rough on your scalp- they definitely feel different than a normal brush but do not hurt at all. this doesnt break my hair at all either its just as gentle as the wet brush brand is, in my opinion. I 12/10 recommend this. I also love that its just a little circle bc I would never leave a brush on my desk bc thats kind of gross for other people to look at but I just leave this little circle closed on my desk and no one has to know im the weird girl who has to brush my hair all the time lol.. I picked the pastel purple one but I think the color is just a tad washed out in person, I put it next to a purple drink so you can decide for yourself. its honestly just a true pastel easter purple just like their photos so idk what I expected. I like it so much im keeping it and ordering another color. you should definitely get this if you need a purse or backpack brush, or if you want to send a brush to school with your kids or anything. it's the size of my palm and probably 2 inches thick when closed. roughly the size of a retainer case if that helps lol

I bought one of these for my toddler because her hair is fine and gets tangled easily. I had previously had a tangle teezer from Sephora that i absolutely loved but we lost it.I saw this on Amazon and bought it because the design is so adorable and compact. I also liked that it has a mirror on one side. Great use of space!However, as compared to the tangle teezer, the bristles on this brush are flimsier and feel a little cheaper in material. Also, because of the macaron design, the cap of the brush has to contain all of the bristles within it. This is hard to do if you don't exactly match up the brush with the cap and I've already crushed/bent the bristles around the edge of the brush. If you don't have a toddler to chase after, maybe this won't be a big deal to spend an extra few seconds on.Overall, the brush works as intended but for the price point, I'd rather get the tangle teezer... which I did end up getting a second one at Sephora.

My daughter has super dine, very curly (ringlets curls) hair. With a little detangler and thus brush, I can have her hair brushed in less than five minutes with no tears or tantrums. She loves looking in the mirror while I brush her hair. So glad I purchased this brush. Bonus as it easily fits in her to go bag for trips.

Love this little travel brush. I got myself and my sister one and these were very helpful on our travels. I love how it also has the compact mirror too, thank you!
