I recently purchased the WEARFIT Next-Gen Champ 4G Kids Smartwatch for my child and I have been thoroughly impressed with its features and functionality. Product is very good, GPS, call quality is very good. it has many added features like instant image, video calling with kid. I can navigate the location through map. I found my kid twice by just navigation and without calling . now I feel relaxed that my kid is safe . And they have very good customer service also, I lost the charger within fifteen days of purchase and they provided me the charger and couriered me very quickly.Good product ! good customer service! highly recommended !

Good product. Working nicely. Only GPS is not so accurate.

My toddler son pulled on it and it broke. The amount of force he put on it was extremely less. It was shocking. Very disappointing. Since it’s made for kids or toddlers, it should be lil more sturdy. I don’t even know if warranty covers it. It’s only been a week of use.Edit: Manufactures reached out to fix our problem. But by then we had been to a local watch repairer and gotten a new strap. My son is happy with the new strap. So changing the rating from one star to 4 because, * Manufacturers made an attempted to reach out immediately. * this a very useful devise. Touch screen works fine. Good enough for a 4 year old. We use it mostly to call him and know his whereabouts when he is playing with his friends in side our gated community.It isn’t getting all 5 stars because we are not very happy with gps functionality. May be it is because of the carrier we use.

I had originally bought this watch as a substitute for a phone and have used it to communicate with my family from long distances. I liked the fact that you can communicate with anyone at anytime easily and efficiently . But I had also hoped for more watchfaces and everything to be more straightforward. But am loving this watch and excited to start a new journey with it.

Excellent watch. Highly recommend this smart watch. My child loves it.. we are relaxed coz of this watch as it works very well on all the features it claims to have..

it’s a useless product as device positioning shows more than 1/2 km away that is also radial if we go by road it will be more than 800-900 meters away. if my community is small and want to create a perimeter then device will always be out of that range. So 1 star for positioning and another annoying thing is its chinese app which when opened always shows ads which is useless for atleast 5-10 seconds, I wonder how will one react in case of emergencies which the product is made for. so my thumbs down if anyone wants recos and wants to buy this product. Please let me know if there’s a way for refund.

Phone functions are ok. GPS positioning is not accurate.

Each and every thing is just perfect my father gave me and im just 11 so its usefull for everyone i love this watch
