Wonderful white chocolate
Tastes delicious. Wonderful value for the money. Will be able to make several cheesecakes with this purchase. Melts very easily. Texture was as expected.

Great chocolate and great prices
Great chocolate and great prices. My wife uses lots of Ghirardelli chocolate products for her baking and we were delighted to discover that the Amazon Fresh prices were among the best that we've ever seen. This white chocolate is being used primarily for melting and grating. We were able to get free delivery by ordering over $60 of products, so it ended up being a fantastic deal.

For “Cooking”—lol
I’d love to tell you how nice and even this melts on my cookies cakes and such. I’ve even purchased the melter; yet it sits unused as I have yet to “cook” this amazing chocolate which I just eat like a candy bar. It’s from my home town of San Francisco, so you know it’s gotta be good-and it is. But as for cooking with it, well I’ll keep you posted.

Wonderful product, poor packaging
These are perfect for baking; what's to go wrong? Sadly, Amazon's packaging has gone way, way downhill. I have ordered these twice so far (and have, because of the quality and price, ordered again), but both orders that have arrived have been packed poorly - individual chocolate bars were in torn boxes, crushed at the corners, or in one case, torn open. I try to minimize waste and have multiple items shipped on the same arrival date, but I suggest ordering these separately so there are no other items in the package that could damage them.
