Super fresh crispy beans Yum
Green beans are one of my favourite vegetables. I blanched them in hot water for a very short period of time as I like al dente vegetables or almost raw - hot and crispy- take them out a knob of butter over the top with Salt-N-Pepa you can’t beat it so much better than asparagus!!

Whats in a bean???
Best beans that lasted 8 days before they started to go just a tad soft. Tasty ready to cook and full of flavour.
