So I was a little leery because this product only had two reviews but both were good. I am in no way a camera or security expert, so I was looking for something that would be easy to install. I plug the unit in and attached it to an old computer monitor I had and connected the ethernet cable to the router. Once I attached the first camera I was able to sink it up rather quickly and had it working on the IP Pro phone app in less than 5 minutes.The only problem I've had if you want to call it that is that one of the cameras which is about 80 feet away from the box will lose connectivity in the phone app. I'm pretty certain this is because the wireless signal has to travel through about 4 insulated walls before it gets there so the signal is a little on the weak side. We also have horrible internet "for now" and the system still works very good. They're upgrading our internet to fiber optic so I'll be able to get a better feel with the faster internet speeds from dsl' s 5mbps...:(I bought the 2TB hard drive but have not installed it yet.

Installed for about 2 months. It will be perfect if the recording setting won't change. I set all camera to record every day, but it changes to only one day (it happens to be the day you check the setting) from time to time. Found out last week when check and so far at least 4 times. So it defect the purpose of recording.

Super antiquated interface. Difficult to program and view. Good for the price, but would recommend something else.

Loved it was perfect for my house.

Some just stop working

I filled out a claim because the cameras lost signal completely , paid asurion protection but not answer yet for return . Not a single camera have signal after reset for trouble signing in asked for password
