I never thought I’d need a power supply like this. I’ve been making do with the universal power supplies and thought that was good enough. Well, that may have been so. But a synthesizer I was working on had so much noise that I couldn’t pinpoint.It turned out that my universal power supply was noisy. A second one didn’t even work at all. I connected it up to this regulated power supply and everything worked perfect!The price was right for the convenience. It has earned a permanent place on my workbench

Oh, Snap!If you want unlimited power, go get yourself some Infinity Stones. If you want unlimited CONTROL of a limited amount of power, but this power supply. These things are great for nerding out with geeky electronics, testing electronics, and even rejuvenating rechargeable AA and AAA batteries that won't take a charge on that crappy charger that Energizer and Duracell sell you.Yeah, you didn't know you could do that did you? You thought those really expensive AAs that you swear you only charged twice were totally ruined, despite the manufacturer's claim that you could charge them 1,000 times. Nope. Not ruined. The charger just thinks they are. Zap them real quick with 1.6v from this charger (literally a couple seconds), pop them back in the charger, and watch them charge!

So for the price it is a pretty nice little bench power supply. Around 300 Watts of output, but does make some electronic whining sounds when using it sometimes. Not sure how long it will last, but is working for what I need. It has constant current and constant voltage which is ideal.

Easy to use gets the job done. Used to charge lifep04 cells and banks with no problems.

I wanted the least expensive supply I could find. I needed a variable voltage/current supply for use in diagnosing faults on small radio circuit boards. Because the price was so low, I opened the case and inspected all the connections and solder points, etc. Everything was in order so I attached a VOM, plugged it in and turned it on. I began with low voltage and low power and increased to full. Everything was fine. I am pleased.

Stable to within 0.01 vdc. Performance meets published description. There is one key use issue. If you use the included vdc display it is 0.1 vdc off with no way to adjust. If you use a multimeter and keep your eyes on the meter to adjust and turn the knob too slowly you do not activate the change function and nothing happens. If all you need is an adjustable and stable dc source that does not need regular change this may be for you. If you will be making a lot of or continuous adjustment this may not be for you. The manufacturer should consider making a few simple changes to improve the utility of this product.

As others pointed out, you add .01 to Voltage or Amperage and you are usually accurate with this one. It has been very handy for testing out things. Best feature includes a power-on rocker switch in the back, paired with an active on/off toggle in the front. This allows you to set the level (3v3 or 5V, 12V, or the Amps) without having to unplug things.
