Q: can you use metal utensils?

Metal utensils will likely damage the non-stick coating. Stick to wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon products and always be sure to cut or dice food on a separate surface and not inside your pan!

Q: Why do you recommend low to medium heat only? What happens if I cook on high?

It says the enamel will wear out more quickly. Cooking on a lower heat prolongs the life of the pan.

Q: I see the pan is 11.8 wide. How deep is the pan?

Don’t know. We threw ours away after few weeks.
