This was such an affordable price and makes perfect waffles! We don’t have them much so didn’t want to spend a ton and this was beyond perfect I see it lasting us a very long time highly recommend!! Not too big and easy to clean!

I have 2 of the cute little single waffle irons & got tired of it taking so long to make enough for me & my son. I decided to get a normal sized one & kind of wish I had got 1 that makes 4 instead of 2. It works great & only takes a couple of minutes to heat up. I don't make waffles very often because I would rather have pancakes but my son likes waffles more than pancakes.

I want to start off with, I live alone. So I try to buy inexpensive items such as this. Sometimes I hit the mark, and sometimes I totally miss it. In this case, this was a poor choice. I'm 90% dissatisfied with this product. The poor design of the hinge is in the worst place. It's a coil/spring type hinge, if you will. And it's exposed the the smallest amount of overflow batter which, in turn, is extremely hard to clean. This makes for an unhealthy situation. Then there's the cooking of a waffle. The indicator lights are working wonderfully, the cooking plates do not cook evenly. I made 8 waffles and they all turned out the same. Half of a waffle wasn't fully cooked while the other half was almost burnt. I prepped it before use, per instructions. Cooked 6 and shut it off for half an hour. Turned it back on and cooked 2 more. Still the same result. Of course due to its affordability, it did not have a temp control. Extremely dissatisfied even at this price point. I could most likely deal with the cleaning of the hinge spring if the cooking was even and consistent across the waffles. One star for it's size and ease of use.

4 out of 5 because it does cook unevenly and does stick on the front edge but overall makes darn good waffles. You have to flip them to brown them evenly but let's be honest here... it's pretty inexpensive so I'd say it's worth it!

It cooked uneven as seen in the photo. The booklet said to use 3/4 to 1 cup of batter. I used 3/4 cup and it still had some batter leak out. That brought up the fact that there are numerous cracks and crevices for the batter to get into on the inside and outside so it makes it tedious to clean. The indicator lights do not light up in the red or green color. There is an amber colored light that kind of shines through the colored lenses.

I really like this waffle maker because it’s small, compact, and easy to store either horizontally or vertically. It heats evenly and makes crispy waffles in about 4 minutes, which is just perfect for me. I also love that it doesn’t have complicated buttons or knobs, just plug it in, wait for the light indicator, and it’s ready to cook. The design makes it very convenient to take anywhere, and it works great every time. The waffles come out crispy on the outside and soft inside, exactly how I like them. The only thing that could be improved is the length of the cord, but it’s not a big issue at all. Overall, it’s a simple, practical, and reliable waffle maker that I definitely recommend.

I was really looking forward to this waffle maker making crispy waffles.Unfortunately,it just did not get hot enough.The waffles turned out pale brown and soft.I used several different waffle brands,but the result was the same.It was disappointing..maybe I got a defective waffle maker.At any rate,this machine didn't do it for me.Very disappointing.I guess I will be trying another brand.I can't recommend this waffle iron.

Don't buy it... totally dangerous, it caught fire and melted the machine on my table... DANGEROUS... DANGEROUS

It’s terrible!! It dos not cook evenly. The front browns nicely while the back is still raw dough.
