For the price, fantastic!
I wanted some Bluetooth earbuds specifically for running but didn't want to break the bank. Having read the reviews and done a bit of research, I took a punt on these.Delivery and arrival condition: Fine, no problemsBluetooth Connectivity: Somehow, I managed to connect to each earbud independently which meant I could only listen to one at a time. This drove me mad trying to sort it, eventually working out to unpair each of them and then tap them both 4 x times to get them back into pairing mode. Not forgetting to keep them both buds very close to each other. Once I had them paired they are great, they pair easily and every time I take them out of the box. No issues since.Sound Quality: It's a bit tinny but with some mods to the equaliser and swapping ear covers it is improved. Still not a luxurious velvety sound you'd expect from more expensive models but for me it's a nice enough experience listening to music with these when running or just walking around the house.Comfort: Nice, I barely realise they are on. They stay in place when running and seem to be resistant so far to sweat and moisture from exercising.Download the App: I find the App useful to select equaliser settings and to see battery levels etc. So far, I have tried to avoid inadvertently touching the controls on the buds themselves. They seem a bit fiddly.Battery life: From receiving these, I haven't needed to charge the box since the my original charge, probably at least 8hrs of intermittent use so far, which I'm very impressed with.So not too bad at all, I'm pleased with my purchase! :)

Comfy to wear & good battery
Good thigs:LightweightEasy to put in your earsGood value for moneyComfyStableNoise cancellingGood sound qualityIncredible battery life for the size! Not so good bits:Sound occasionally drops out (stops) for 0.5 of a second usually only happens when it's a hot day.Not very good with the controls (but that could be a me thing)Other than that, awesome earphones, well worth the £20 I paid for them.

Perfect for my needs.
These earbuds were really easy to pair with my phone. I charged them, and as soon as I took them out of the case, they showed up on my phone straight away.I bought them to replace a more expensive pair that I constantly had to adjust because the hooks were just too loose no matter how I bent them. The hooks can't be adjusted, but they fit perfectly over my ears, and there is no interference with my glasses. The longest I have worn them was an hour and a half, and they were really comfortable. The sound is decent. It is better than on my other pair, and the equalizer options in the app work great for the music I listen to.I have not used the control buttons. I walk with a stick, so it is easier for me to use the controls through the app.The built-in charging cable is a good idea, but it could be longer. I had to prop up the case on the box to reach the outlet. It is a small design flaw, but not enough to take away a star.

Reasonable price but inferior product with impossible returns
I purchased two pairs of this product, and both experienced the same issue: one earbud disconnects and stops functioning despite following the troubleshooting steps provided. When I attempted to return the items, I was directed to troubleshooting by Amazon, which made the return process impossible. This is in violation of my consumer rights under UK law. Both pairs are under one year old, with the most recent pair lasting only eight weeks. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product develops a fault within six months of purchase, it is assumed to have been faulty at the time of sale, and the seller is responsible for providing a repair, replacement, or refund. Amazon’s failure to address this issue properly disregards these rights.

Happy with my purchase
I bought these for the running machine at the gym. The sound isn't as good as my other ear pods but they don't move at all while I'm running. I like the charge box they come in and I think these are good value for money.

Long battery life saves these from being rated 2*
I tend to go on a bit so here's a quick summary - these feel cheap, sound very 'tinny', are awkward to use, but they're comfortable and the battery lasts a long time.Full Bhuna version: I'm a runner and needed a new pair of earphones to replace my beloved Plantronics BBFit (which I've had 2 pairs of and used for years but Plantronics Customer Support is non existent now). I can't wear the inner ear ones and need to have the ones that loop behind the ear. Here's my experiences so far;+ size wise, the case is quite a bit smaller than my Plantronics ones (on the left in the photo, Jlabs on right) so they're easy to carry around if you need.+ The 'phones themselves are similar in size and similar in comfort. Jlabs feel much lighter, which I fear is a reflection on their construction quality....time will tell.- The sound on the Jlabs is, to me, bad. It's very 'tinny' in comparison to the Plantronics I'm used to. There's no bass to it at all. There's 3 'EQ' modes, but they make no difference. They are loud enough, they just have no bass at all.- I don't find the Jlabs all that easy to use whilst running. You can see on my Plantronics there was a nice big area, in green, for you to tap and they'd respond. With the Jlabs I can't do the same as the area is too small and taps frequently aren't registered.+ Battery life on the Jlabs is excellent, I haven't had to recharge the case after several hours of use. Most of my criticisms of the Jlabs come from comparison with the Plantronics I had before, so if you come to these with no experience (baggage?) then you'll likely find them good. If I could be bothered doing yet more research to find an over ear pair that actually had some bass, these would be returned.....but I'm lazy (apart from running a lot).YMMV
