I love these little packets because they're easy to toss in my bag. It dissolved easily, so there is no odd pasty texture that there sometimes is with supplements. The ingredients are great - no sugar! I think this has really improved my hydration, since I get bored easily with plain water.

Being a diabetic is not easy to find something to drink that tastes good and is sugar free. Then I found Ultima. The taste is so good! You would think it had sugar in it, but it does not! The Raspberry flavor is my favorite! I don't have feel guilty drinking it! It is easy to mix! I LOVE it!

The best electrolyte powder out there! Tastes delicious and doesn’t hurt my stomach and it’s also not salty. Love the sticks because they are a good size for travel and are easy to use, especially on the go.
