Ceramic Story Borosilicate Glass Teapot, Teakettle Stovetop Safe,1100ml

The kettle is beautiful, looks exactly like the photos and shipping was quick. My issue is the wooden handle fits into an open slot on the kettle and once you use it the handle tends to loosen/warp from the heat. This means it no longer fits well enough to hold the kettle without risk of it falling out from the slot. I've tried to force back to size and now I have to completely remove the handle it in order to boil water. I think this was advertised as a stove top kettle but is truly just a pretty teapot you can add previous boiled water to.

This is a $6 teapot. In fact, it said the value of the package for shipping was $6 USD. It looks like a $6 teapot. Unfortunately, it does not make sense to return, since it came directly from China. My guess is this same this can be found at Walmart for much less. The quality is not great, it looks cheap, and this is a classic example of an overpriced item.

Don’t buy this if planning to use as a stove top tea pot! I used 1x and the handle falls onto the pot when heating and it burned it!

When I first opened the box I was surprised at how small it was. However, I have grown to like this little teapot. It heats enough water for one cup which is all I need. It arrived early and was packaged well.

I love it!Not o only it is very nice and you can put it on the stove top to boil, the little spring in the spout proved to be really very good strainer for loose tea.
