Huck Nation Beta 3 Ultimate Frisbee Gloves - The Best Ultimate Gloves for Handlers

The sizing is very true to the chart. They fit very tightly. The lack of seems was my main selling point. I played with Friction gloves for a while and they performed well but the seems on the fingertips were something that always bothered me. After a few games, these gloves have proved themselves. At ten bucks less then Friction, Huck Nation is worth it. If they last a couple months I'll be happy.

Bought these after trying a friend's. I haven't had too much experience using gloves for frisbee but these truly do help. They make my hands feel like they are dry event when they are not. Well done Huck Nation! I plan to buy again when these die :)

Absolute worst. Feels cheap. Looks cheap and is exactly like factory operation gloves. Nothing special.

I've tried Friction gloves and don't really feel a difference between those and these, but my wallet definitely feels a difference (I got these for less than half the price of frictions)! One problem that I had with the friction gloves is that one of the seams for the fingers came undone and so there was a hole on the palmar surface of the glove. Every time I put those gloves on, my finger would sometimes go through the hole instead, widening the it even further. However, with these gloves, I don't have that problem because this glove has no seams whatsoever.My main worry with using gloves, as are most people's, is how it affects my throws. I would say my throws are affected just a little bit, but that's negated in certain conditions. It beats throwing with sweaty hands, in the rain, or in the cold; but if my hands are fine, then I prefer to use my bare hands. I usually need to warm up with a few throws wearing these gloves before going right into a game and putting them on.In terms of durability, I haven't had any issues yet, although I only played in them for around 4 months on and off. Will update my review if anything changes (though I don't expect any gloves to last more than a year).

Based on my throwing and catching experiences so far with these gloves, I definitely like throwing and catching discs with these gloves more so than other glove brands. Even though I've only used these gloves in a few games, I can sense a difference when it comes to how my hand feels as I release the disc and how my throw is actually affected. I would say that my throw isn't affected too much compared to other glove brands. In the past, I've used other glove brands and I just wasn't able to get used to the way the disc left my hand and the overall texture of those gloves. These are the kind of gloves that someone can turn to when there's wind, rain, or even snow. I'm hoping to expose these gloves more so when that time of the year comes around, I'll definitely give more feedback.

I've been using HN gloves for almost 6 months now. They offer a number of useful benefits over regular safety gloves from a hardware store. They have a velcro strap that makes sure there is good ventilation to the hands without compromising grip integrity. As a popper and sometimes wing cutter, you just can't drop the disk. While wearing these gloves I saw a dramatic increase in my ability to hold on while dripping in sweat and/or rain.Only con I can think of is that the logo came off after a few washes (Beta 2 version).Overall a great product made by a passionate ultimate player.
