Great rod holder. Heavy. Looks good. I've bought six of these because they are the best I can find for the ceiling of our boat. Now the annoying part. One rod holder I had to return because the adjustment screw had seized. On another one the spring loaded latch didn't work very well -- but it was already installed so I'm making the best of it. But the most annoying thing is that they don't come with the mounting hardware. I thought it had to be a mistake since it doesn't mention anything like "Mounting hardware not included." When I called Taco the guy said everyone will want different mounting hardware so we don't include it. Bottom line: good rod holder, poor quality control (be prepared to return at least one for a replacement), need to buy your own mounting hardware.
