The colours areclean and saturated. The texture is soft without being crumbly. The blocks are easy to hold and can be use to make a broad shape or a fine line. The pastels fit snugly into the foam and do not fall out in transit. I am delighted.

I use pastels a lot in mixed media work and for life drawing.I wanted a smaller set to carry easily to art sessions so ordered these as I have the same in the larger size.These seem slightly different quality, they're very soft. They certainly seem that bit softer than the previous pack, maybe the product has changed slightly?The colours are good and there's a good range for the price.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

Used these in my life class. Nice hardness for me, though not all the same. They blend and smudge well. Excellent value. As all sets, should have more whites.

I should have gone for the artists quality pastels. These are quite oily and a noticeable reduction in quality on my artwork.

Did the job for my doll customs without breaking the bank. Blends good however the pigment is hard to get on the brush abit not sure if that's just me wanting more colour or- yeah so good value for money, qualitys pretty alright, pretty soft to the touch and holds up duability pretty well. Size is perfect for a artist like me.
