Will these pens support the paper used in the last generation echo pens?

My experience is sort of, The echo pen writes on the paper; however the setup icons on the first page rarely work. Try touching the Device Pairing and the message window in the pen " No paper Info, connect to the app to update." Despite updating the message appears every time. Same for Sync now.

how do you order a replacement pen cap? Mine wont fit on anymore for some reason.

My cap pops off too. Take a little piece of paper and use it to keep it on. It is a defect in manufacturing. It is a plastic cap and the part that keeps it in place is not well made.

I bought the Symphony a year ago and I liked until it died. How does this compare?
