This is the beauty of Amazon Shopping. The air conditioning condenser unit quit. I assessed the failure point, looked up the part on Amazon and ordered it. Second day it arrived and I installed it. Lickity split. No chasing the part, no fake contractor pricing. I did have a stand in condenser so the customer still had conditioned air for 2 days.

My electrician replaced the original part with this one and it fixed the problem with my Lenox AC unit . The original unit was leaking and would not start the AC.

Keep a spare capacitor on hand. This $20 item can save you a $400 repair bill and the wait for service if you are at all willing to remove your fuse, open your AC compressor unit and swap out the capacitor.

Works Good

Texas heat starts early, first warm days the AC unit in our apartment stopped cooling and landord dragging feet. Inside unit clean and running, outside had the fan running. Tested the cap and found condenser side bad. This part shipped quick and was easy to install. Dogs and kiddos back to comfort. May grab a couple to keep for spares.

Old capacitor gave out during the winter. Easy switch and install. Zero problems since. Works just fine.

It simply works on my AC unit.
