An all round brilliant dryer
Easy to empty. Great for different drying levels. Do not have to put through a second cycle to dry. Easy to load & clean.

The one touch on the drying programme saves time and energy. For a mixed load it is done in just over an hour, ready for ironing or folding.It’s so easy to empty the water, the see through plastic container just lifts off, from inside the door. So easy and efficient.

Faulty water tank
Had this machine for 2 months and the water tank looks like it’s all small cracks on the bottom causing it to leak and I’m not able to use it. Phoned hoover and I’ve been told I need to buy a replacement tank as it’s not covered with the warranty. Got absolutely no help from either Angela or Gemma on the phone!! Read reviews about this machine and there are loads saying they’ve had the exact same problem which to me means it’s a fault that they should be resolving and not one that is going to cost me after paying £330 just 8 weeks ago. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing this tumble dryer to stay well clear of it. If I could have I wouldn’t have given it any stars at all and the hoover customer services are the worst I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
