GAODI Womens' Sauna Suit Workout Sweat Body Shaper

This product is a very nice well made product. I waiting till I actually did my daily workout before I posted as I purchased it for exercise purposes so here is my review:As I mentioned earlier this is a really nice product. The fabric is great. Light weight not heavy with really good range of motion. It does fit long which I love because that means no riding up and covers the entire stomach area. My exercises range from standing sitting lying down running and of course a lot of stretching. It never moved. It does have wide arm holes which are perfect with all the different exercises there are and when you raise your arms it does not pull the entire vest up. That’s a major plus!!The only downfall for me, which is my fault and not the sellers, is that I bought the wrong size. As you can tell from my photos it is a bit big. I went with a XXL when I should have purchased the XL. I’m 5’10 220 I Do prefer the smaller size but don’t need two of them and don’t have anyone to gift the xxl to so I’m gonna deal with it and as I loose more weight and get more toned I’ll then go ahead and purchase the smaller size.As far as sweating I do seem to sweat more with it on but I think it’s be more if I’d gotten the right size which would mean minus the air pockets in the one I have from it being too big and more heat adds to more sweat.

I bought this to work out in because I saw that it worked to reduce the size of my sister’s waist. This is really comfortable. In fact, it is so comfortable that I started wearing it all day and not just for my workouts. I actually ended up buying 3 more because I sleep in them as well. I will say that my waist seems to have gotten smaller, but I haven’t measured yet because I want to wait until the month is up to do my measurements. This thing has kept me warm and my belly is no longer sitting on top of my pants giving me the muffin top effect.

First.... I bought a large. I'm 5'3" 185lbs and carry A LOT of weight in my belly area. If you carry more in your hips/legs and your stomach isn't too big, you may want to go smaller, but the large is the right size for what I want.I bought this because I wanted something that was going to keep my belly from moving too much while I exercise and this worked perfect. The large was very snug around my stomach and I should be good using it for a while as my belly hopefully shrinks.Even though it was holding me in nice and snug, I could still move around easily in it and didn't feel suffocated after a couple minutes of wearing it. I could breath easy in it as I exercised. It did want to roll up some when I sat down but that may just be because of my body shape causing it to roll, but for what I wanted, that's not a huge problem.It feels like a really nicely made product.I would NOT buy this if you're thinking it's going to help "train" your waist though. If you're wanting something that you think will do that, this isn't it.This is just a good top for working out if you're needing a bit of support in your belly IMO.The only complaint I have is the shoulder straps are too long for my body. Keep that in mind when buying if you have a short torso.

I've owned many products like this over the years and this is probably the thinnest and most form fitting one. If you wear it under a shirt, it is not even noticeable which is a plus. It did make me sweat with moderate cardio so that was also a plus. Some reviews said that theirs had a strong tire smell. Mine did not...maybe I just got lucky or it didn't appall me because I've owned other ones that REALLY smelled bad.Size wise, I usually wear a medium so I ordered a medium and it was not really tight enough so I also ordered a small. The reason I took 2 stars off is because 1. The straps are way too long and not adjustable. While running, they kept slipping off, even on the size small. 2. The zipper comes undone right below the bra line in the front.I do like the product because it traps heat and makes me sweat more than usual but I think I will need to wear my sports bra over it in order to keep the straps in place. I'm also hoping that will prevent the zipper from opening up.

i got this but it was way too small for me i accidently got it on a size medium but really i wanted to get it in large. No i don't have any money or time to return since i am a scholar working part time to get the bread. overall great customer service!!..

Large is so small.
