There were plenty of them however I ordered the wrong mushrooms. I meant to order button mushrooms. These are very good however.

WONDERFUL!
These are great, and so much more convenient than fresh! I have used them many times, in spaghetti sauce, on green beans, in omelets, etc. and they were perfect every time.

Re-hydrates very well! I used them in my breakfast by re-hydrating them and sauteing them and adding the into my eggs. Worked perfectly!

i must have in your pantry
I like have dry mushrooms on hand for a quick risotto or pasta dish. Great to add to soup dishes. So many choices for a quick and easy meal.
