Man this little steam packs some serious heat!!!! I promise you the tongs that are included are definitely needed!!! I had some damp towels in the steamer for 10mins and they were cooking... I held the towel for 1 min before I grabbed it with my hand to perform a skin test. I was able to place 7 towels inside with any issues.

Works well for hot towels (esthetician) if your really squeeze it in it barely fits 5. Doesn't heat evenly at all. One area is scorching hot and the other is luke warm. You do have to wet the towels first the steam is not enough to saturate. It does work well and easy to clean. It's good if you need something fast. Good for home/personal use. I wouldn't use it if you are using it professionally

This steamer was smaller than I had thought. In the picture, it looks like it could fit 9 towels, but they must have used small washcloths because only three of my hand towels fit when lying down. However, even though it is small it heats the towels super fast and they get HOT. It comes with tongs which is nice because the towels get hot. It also has a timer that turns the steamer off when the time runs out but it can keep the towels warm still for up to a half hour after the time runs out. I think this is a great purchase for the price.

This sucks! Have to refill the water every 30 minutes, the towels get way too hot, I’ve burned clients! Don’t waste the money!

Best purchase I've made for my massage therapy practice.Pros: has a set timer for when you want to set the temperature for your towels and hot stones, will heat and sanitize which is a plus.Cons: it does run on water so you must refill everytime if you want to run a consistent hot Towels.Other than that it's very simple to build and ready to go. Great produce and happy customer.

I thought it was bigger than what it is. I guess for 34 dollars you can’t expect much. I recommend these small hand towels to put in there to get the most use out of it. So far it does keep the towels hot and ready, be sure to wet the towels and ring them out before placing them in the warmer. The turn knob is it working for the timer. I don’t recommend
