It does not come in a frame (little bit disappointed). It does look exactly like the first picture it shows without a frame. Good quality print, I got the 11x14 (prices differ based on size of print). I don't know what makes it "handmade". The paper it is printed on is a little sticky. It is shipped it a proper tube container. Since you have to pay for shipping and it does not come with a frame, I'm pretty sure you can just print the full "story of the quote" for cheaper. I bought this because I was looking for a wolf dream catcher & this had a "story less" version of the quote I like & I couldn't decide on a real dream catcher I liked yet. This picture does have the essence I was going for though.
