So, I am 6ft, 225lbs and I got the US 4x size, fits fine. Very cute and fun. What I think could've been better: The skirt could've been about 1-2 inches shorter. The thong that comes with it is too big, feels like maybe could be a 5x size. The collar was crumpled, not sure of the material used, but was hard to get wrinkle free and the snaps on the collar are difficult to manipulate. Overall good value for the money.
