Works as Advertised - Easy set up
Pleased with the PC - it is bigger than I thought it would be but I didn't really check the spec sheet before purchase. No issues yet and I have been gaming on it for hours almost daily.Nothing negative to report and I am enjoying the new PC that works and has plenty of power for my needs.\

“The best of the best of the best”
I’ll be honest. This is my first real pc and am super pleased with it. I get about 160 to 180 frames on low running at 1080 on Warzone. If I run in 2k I get about 140 to 150. I’ve had for alittle over 2 years and it’s still running strong.

Fantastic product!!
My 15 year old son worked all summer to earn enough to buy this. He is super happy with it. He said it’s by far the best he has ever used for gaming. He streams his games and he says it could not be better. He recommends this for anyone for gaming.

So far so good
After reading the reviews I was expecting a very loud rig and this baby is pretty quiet in my opinion. Playing Cyberpunk 2077 I had to knock the graphics down to high and not ultra and it runs ok, but I also picked a very demanding game to run.I like that you can change the color of the ring and the alien head powewr button, but I am disappointed that there is only one ring and not an outer. otherwise a pretty beast of a tower that I got a good deal on... so far.

Ease of setup.
Nothing to say really, plugged in and it worked.A huge improvement over my old system, but I can't quantify that here.I am happy with it, is about all I can add.

I’m liking it so far.
It’s user friendly when you boot it up for the fist time and it’s really smooth. The fans aren’t too loud it’s a good purchase.

Nightmare
Absolute nightmare from the first time we turned it on. Crashed repeatedly on day 1 (Christmas) spent hours on the phone with Dell tech support, waited several days for them to send a tech to our house, the tech couldn’t fix it either! Now supposedly waiting on several new parts for this BRAND NEW computer that DOESN’T work. Absolutely ruined Christmas for my son as this was his only present. So very disappointed. Just want a refund.
