Flavorful!
If you can’t pick between this and the (same Iwatani brand) kbbq plate style, I’d definitely recommend this for flavor.I got both, plate style is almost strictly for thinner meats, whilst this one can handle anything you want to grill and taste way better due to charred meat from the fire (there’s a small plate covering direct heat and dispersed it). Burgers, buns, veggies , steak, etc came out really tasty.Now for the con, cleaning up the grate is a real pain in the back end. Go get yourself a soft wire brush and happy brushing! I hated it but as long as we had good time eating at camp site, I think it’s worth the sweat.
