In what country is this chicken product raised, processed and canned? I do not eat anything that comes from China.

No one puts where the animal was raised unless you are buying small, no name brands. This product was packed, canned and distributed in the United States. Logic says the chickens were grown here. Why? Because no one is going to raise meat outside the country, ship it here, pack it, etc.

What are the ingredients? what are the "nutrition facts", in particular, the sodium content?

Ingredients: White Chicken, Water, Salt, Modified Food Starch, Sodium Phosphate. Serving Size 2 oz. Serving Per Container About 2. The amount of sodium per serving 320mg.

How many ounces does it weigh without the water? Just chicken weight

Regarding the 24pk of 5oz cans: I can't tell you the weight, but after the water is drained the can is about 40% full of chicken, not compressed.
