What is the size of each snack cup when not stacked? Trying to see if they will fit in 6.5 inch lunch box?

I don't know exact size but yes I'm pretty sure they would fit. My daughter's lunch box is about that size and they fit in hers stacked together.

How does the printing hold up through washing and wear and tear from packing?

It seems to be holding up fine. My daughter uses hers for her lunch quite often and it's been washed quite a bit we've had it for about 6 months and the picture still looks the same.

Are these compatible with blender bottle prostack?

The bottom of the little cups say blender bottle ProStak so I’m pretty sure they’re compatible or why else would they say it

Are you able to take these on a plane?

Yes! And I actually have. However do not put anything liquid in them, most airports will have you dump it out. I filled mine with treats for my kids. These are fabulous!
