I honestly didn’t think this supplement would work, but I’m shocked and overjoyed that it does. Since starting Dr. Mercola’s Berberine and Chromium, I’ve had no desire for junk food. It’s like the cravings just disappeared. My appetite has been so suppressed I have to remind myself to eat. I feel more in control, I’m making better food choices naturally, and the scale is already moving in the right direction. I feel like I finally have my power back. I’ll update this review in a few weeks to share my long-term results, but so far this has been a game changer.

These were ok, but if they sit on your tongue a bit they are awful bitter.

This one I really can lie and say it worked but I can say that I like Dr. Mercola and believe what he says in his articles on his website and his supplements are clean so that's worth the money.

no bad after-taste, easy to swallow. however, for me, they caused upset stomach and rapid heart rate. gave 3 starts because even though it didn’t work for me, there are a lot of other raving reviews.
