Use in drinks (I use in coffee). My gut stays torn up and read that collagen helps reduce the inflamation. I'm not sure if its helping but I some of my symptoms are better since using for a few months but I am doing multiple things.

This is so easy to use I put it in my tea or coffee and it's tasteless which is great ..It took about 3 months to feel the difference

Product itself is great, no odd taste or texture, I mix with coffee in the morning. This is my second time buying this product. I think it works and is priced reasonably. However, bear in mind comes in a paper container unlike the image. My second shipment came wet and unusable, but I'm using the refund to buy another. Hopefully they revert back to plastic/refillable option in the future.
