The media could not be loaded.  if you want to buy, don't be scared, everything is good, it's working good, I have 70+fps on Dead by Daylight, far cry 5, gta V with the graphics on Ultra, so at this money, is a good PC!!

The computer was well packaged inside the computer case as well as in the box, all component boxes were included in the packaging. The install date on the software and patches was about two weeks prior to me buying, so it was built shortly before shipping rather than sitting in a store for a prolonged amount of timeAlthough bought a week earlier, the computer wasn't powered on until Christmas Eve as it was a birthday/Christmas present for my son. Only the fan lights came on, no boot, and I determined that one of the DIMMs was faulty, removing it allowed the computer to boot and work without issues. I contacted the seller, not expecting a reply until after Christmas, but received a reply on the 25th apologising and advising that a replacement DIMM would be sent out on the next working day - which they did, and works fine.The case itself is nice, especially the easy to remove tempered glass side panel rather than the metal and perspex ones that are quite common. Other than the initial hardware issue which was quickly resolved it appears to run fine. My son loves colour fans and it plays all of his Steam and Epic library games with a good framerate. His main two games of choice being Fortnite and Destiny 2, both running smoothly at 1080.Obviously there's a fair bit of noise from the fans, which is only to be expected and unavoidable unless you were to fit whisper fans, but it becomes background noise when playing and is only noticeable when in the same room.For the price I would say it's a good deal considering the cost of a GTX 1650 on it's own. My son is certainly happy with it and he has rarely been seen outside of his bedroom since he got it.

I've purchased two off these for my boys for Christmas this past month, both been set up and tested out and I'm absolutely pleased with them both. Absolutely fantastic for the price. Don't be put off by some reviews. Perfect for little beginners.

Paired with an AOC 240Hz vertical monitor I bought this to experience what it was like gaming on a pc rather than console. Safe to say I was not disappointed at all. Stable 150fps on fortnite with all settings on epic (apart from shadows) and when setting the recommended settings on all the games I’ve played so far, they’ve been on the highest. Worth every penny :)

The media could not be loaded.  We bought the low end of the mid tier price range gaming PC from XUM.We were attracted to XUM as opposed to other retailers because of some terrible customer service reviews, and because CUM actually manufacture most of the parts for gaming PCs, in particular RAM and video cards.The speed and performance has been excellent, and provided the all important refresh rates my son was looking for.Delivery was far quicker than quoted, even between Christmas and New Year.Price wise I think it represents the value for money.

This computer looks good, sounds good and generally should have been a good piece of equipment for my son's first gaming computer. However, we have had an on-going issue with the computer constantly restarting at various times during its use. I have attempted many different fixes for this - ensuring the RAM sticks are in correctly, upgrading the power supply from the 550 it came with to a 750x, ensuring all the drivers are updated, tried several re-installs of windows 10. I have come to the end of my technical knowledge on what can fix this issue.I have Today messaged the seller to seek advice on this issue, so hopefully they can help me. Will update this as the process goes on.

nice and easy to set up and works very well. a great price for this specification PC with no problems to report. remote control internal lighting is nice and easy to use.the only downside is that with five cooling fans running it is louder than a standard single fan PC
