VBOT S30C Robot Vacuum Cleaner for Pet Hair and Hard Floor

Good value for the money. This isn't full of fancy tricks nor does it have a remote control, but it seems to be a good basic unit. Within the first 15 minutes of using, it had already filled up its bin. It picked up cat and dog hair quite well which is what I purchased it for. It made its way from my hardwood floors to the low level room carpet most times, but gets hung up on a raised piece of connecting trim where one floor changes and meets another. I will try different settings and see if that helps. It does seem to focus on the edges of the room more so than the center. It can get itself out of a corner well. I love that there wasn't a novel sized instruction manual, rather it was simple and straight forward. Obviously translated by someone whose first language is not English, but easy to understand while getting a chuckle or two. It take a long time (5 hours) to charge the battery for about 1 hour of use.

This thing is AMAZING at picking up cat hair. I was very impressed with how much it picked up. The sole reason I bought this was cuz instead of traditional car litter, I use the pellets, thinking it wouldn't fly out as much as litter. Well... It's not as bad as litter, bit nonetheless, I still get pellets all over, so I was hoping this little thing would help. It does pick some of them up, however I don't think the slot into the dust bin is big enough so, not as many as I've hoped has made it into the bot, but I'm gonna see if some other adjustment work a little better. All in all its not very noisy, and as much of a scaredy cat my cat is, she's not that afraid of this thing. It's not overwhelmingly loud, but you will hear it. I don't think the battery lasted a whole hour on a charge but I wasn't really keeping that close of a track. But definitely amazing at picking up hair.

This is a disappointment but it was so much cheaper so what do you expect. It moves randomly but seems to get stuck easily, it will keep banging into the same corner for minutes without trying a new direction. Also it has a "circle" feature that has it move in a circle for more "dirty" areas. It moves in this mode most of the time. If they had a better algorithm to give this better random movement it would improve significantly.The vacuum power is weak. This will pick up dust and a small amount of pet hair. Really it is only good for "dusting" the floors.It does run for an hour before needing recharge, which is a decent run time. But it is loud. It is too loud, it is super annoying if you run it while watching TV. I only use it when I am doing things like laundry or otherwise cleaning the house.It does pick up dirt. But this is not really that beneficial. I only used it on hardwood floors. I don't imagine it would be any better on carpets.

I absolutely love this vacuum. It picks up ALL the little things on the floor. We have two small sheddy dogs and it gets everything. We gave it to ourselves for Xmas and we are watching it more than the tv. We gave it tests to see if it could "rescue itself" and it actually did! I swear it tried to get out from under the table by the wall and recalculated into a different pattern. Anyway, as long as you fold the floor rugs up a bit like a bumper and get shoes off the floor and stuff this little guy cleans the whole area! It did the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and family room with no problems!!!ONE TIP: the instructions say to put brushes in hot water for 2 minutes if they get bent. PUT BOTH IN HOT WATER AND FLATTEN OUT THE BRISTLES BEFORE THE FIRST USE. They will flatten easily, no muscle needed, but i did put soup cans on them too. It doesn't take long at all.

OK ... I'm not the best at leaving product reviews but felt this one is justified. It's cheap, all the lights come on and confuse you, but the thing works and works pretty darn good. We have a 5000 sq ft house (single story) so we hate to vacuum. We have a Rainbow, that never gets out of the closet. Two Roomba 980 (I think) ... the Wifi ones that are to die for. But we did not want the Roombas coming into the kitchen or dog room (we aren't nasty but live our lives and have soon to be 5 grandkids ... not to mention my wife and I are both full time professionals). This cheap little thing does work and does what we want once the grandkids leave. Please note it is nothing close to the Roomba 980 but it doesn't cost $900 either. I do recommend this product. Wife loves it!!!!

I read a lot of comments before getting it and i am so disappointed. I bought it mainly because of hair strings on the floor. The only thing i wanted was it to pick it up, but most of times it passes right by it and doesnt pick. If it does is because hair gets hooked to the little broom but it is not because of the aspirator. Dust doesnt get sucked either. In addition it gets stuck to places very ofen, and there is no direction.. you have to be super visioning it all the time. I've bought a much better one for my mom and it costed only 20$ more. I would not recommend it

Product is quite disappointing. States its for pet hair, but it doesn't do well picking it up. If you have rugs, be prepared to babysit the vacuum, as it cannot climb them on its own. It gets stuck under beds, under the couch, and has trouble going room to room. If you actually have pets, be prepared to have to empty the dirt cup every 5 minutes. It's tiny so it fills up fast. I bought this for convenience, but if I have to chase it and babysit and constantly move it when it's stuck or cant climb rugs, or empty it every few minutes, that defeats the purpose of the product. I can walk room to room with a real vacuum myself...The product manufacturer, literally states that they will ONLY offer you a warranty, if you give them a 5 star rating on Amazon! I messaged the seller instead, asking for a refund, or to exchange for possibly a better quality product, at my own expense of course. I never got a reply. Im dissatisfied, and I would discourage anyone from buying this product. It's very cheaply made, and it works as such.
