Strong magnets. One would never know that this is magnetic hardware and not screwed into the garage door. When building the house I opted to not pay hundreds of dollars for the real thing. This is perfect!!!

Just built a new house and went with the basic garage door. We added these to give it the look of a more upscale garage door.The good:1. It doesn’t get any easier. Open the package, remove the hardware, and stick them where you want them.2. I love that these look a little more modern than the ones that come to a point. These give a great look.3. You can’t beat the value. Adding hardware on a garage door is hundreds of dollars. The only way to tell the difference between those and these is to walk up and pull them off.The not-so-good:1. I wish the entire backside was magnetic, rather than it just having a few magnet dots. It makes me worry about them staying in place. So far, they have done just fine.If you have a plain garage door, you will not regret this purchase!
