These are by far the best! I've recommended them to my family and friends and they also agree. They work even if you forget to take them before a large or unhealthy meal. I take 1 pill with each meal due to my fibromyalgia digestive issues, but they also work for my close friend who has IBS. I take before a meal so they work once you get food into your stomach. I pair them with a really good probiotic and my stomach doesn't bloat, no gas, etc.. My stomach stays flatter and I am happier. It also helps with the weight loss goals.

These have been my go to enzymes for lactose, high fat, and high carbohydrate meals. They reduce the bloating significantly.

I tend to get very bloated when I eat a lot of carbs, especially foods high in gluten or fat. Although I haven’t been tested for gluten intolerance or any other food sensitivities, taking this supplement has definitely helped reduce the uncomfortable bloating.

Every six months or so I decide I am healed and don't need enzymes for my gut... and every six months I experience all sorts of problems (bloating mostly). This product is amazing and Enzymedica is a great brand.If you're on the fence, this is your sign to buy it!

I used the original formula of digest gold which worked wonders for digestion/general GI discomfort and bloating after eating. When purchasing them recently on Amazon I’ve taken it a few times now and it has been awful - terrible stomach cramps and bloating. I’m so disappointed because I’ll now need to look for a new digestive enzyme solution after this one worked so well previously. Also, there are no returns/refunds despite the product no longer being the same. If you filter the reviews to “most recent” you’ll see everyone saying the same thing. Please bring back the old formula.
