Just for those that never tried Sweet Garlic, Sweet Garlic are called "Ajos Suaves" in Spain. They are garlic cloves that don't have the strong flavor and aroma of garlic. The process to make them is all natural, they are submersed in hot water for a moment repeatedly, so they don't loose the crunchy texture. You can eat them directly as a snack.Pons Sweet Garlic have the right marinade. I enjoy them a lot.
