I like it.
This will keep your hitch connection steady and quiet. And the option to put a padlock is a big plus. Simple design but very functional.

DO NOT BUY!!!
I was very optimistic about purchasing this based on others reviews. However knowing rust could be an issue I greased the bolt very well before installing. However it still rusted within a matter of weeks!!! Despite using PB blaster to help loosen the bolt it immediately sheered off with the slightest bit of torque. Judging by how cheap of metal the bolt is I would definitely say it’s not safe to tow with. Now the broken hitch pin is stuck and I can’t remove it. DO NOT BUY!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS. I just purchased, and threw it on the car for a quick fit. I tried to remove it and to my dismay the bolt would not turn backwards. After repeated blows with a hammer, and finally using a large breaker bar, the bolt head sheared off. Now I have to pay a machine shop to drill out the bolt. All of this because the metal insert piece is made of cheap, soft metal. Piece of JUNK!!!

Works well with some tweaks.
Pretty happy with it after a test fit. One issue is that the threads bottomed out before the pin could press my bike rack shank against the receiver. I guess this depends on how thick your shank is and I don’t necessarily blame the manufacturer; maybe they don’t want to extend the threading and load the pin in shear in the threads when towing? However, that’s not really a big deal for a small load like a bike rack. I had to add two washers under the head to take up the gap and have the pin function properly. I had the washers laying around, but many wouldn’t, would be nice if the pin came with them included. I suspect that if you didn’t realize the threads were bottoming out and just kept cranking on it to get it tight, you’d snap it, might be what happened to another reviewer. There are other products like this on Amazon for class I hitches but they didn’t seem lockable from what I saw. Overall I’m happy for the price.
