The cake paddles are perfect! I don't like to use more than one type of paddle when baking, so I use these to cream (softened) butter and sugar when I bake cakes. They work as well as the cookie paddles, the tool Bosch recommends, but only do it for about 90 seconds instead of 2 minutes. The cakes I've made are very light and airy and the extra air the paddles bring in are the reason. I love them and my mixer overall!
