CoQ10 is necessary for our bodies to function well on a cellular level, and particularly for those who take dangerous statin drugs to lower their cholesterol. Pharmaceutical drugs rob our bodies of important nutrients, and statins rob people of CoQ10. So it's extremely important to supplement your body. CoQ10 also helps to maintain joint health, so it can be helpful for those with arthritis and osteoarthritis. It helps with pain, especially when mixed with other anti-inflammatory supplements like Turmeric, Ginger, Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, Glucosamine, etc.This orange powder does not blend especially well into liquid, and it doesn't taste too good. When I shake it up in a drink, it remains in little clumps, floating on the surface, while everything else disintegrates. So I make capsules out of it to make it easier to ingest. I combined CoQ10 with Hyaluronic Acid the first time around, to help joint pain. The second time, I combined it with ginger, because both also contribute to joint health and overall wellness.I believe this is good quality CoQ10, and I like WHC products. I applaud them for deciding to change their labels to the kind where the print doesn't rub off easily. I like a proactive health company, and I'd like to think I helped convince them to do this!

I like this product and use it for myself and my dog. Is part of my regime for heart health and has made a difference. Also, packaging is minimal - is loose powder and a very small amount is all it takes. A human serving is just an 1/8 of a teaspoon and I use just a little in my dogs food every day as well - she's the first dog I've had that hasn't had a heart murmur and used in the past which corrected a dogs heart murmur. I researched many company's for loose CoQ10 powder and this is the one I settled on - happy customer and will continue to order this one!

Seems to be of the same quality of the health stores but at a way better price point.
