(Update) a day later. I love my iPhone!) (Original review) it came fast. The current IOS it was on was 17.6 so I had to update it. It came completely dead, ok no big deal. The charger cable seems 3rd party so I gotta get a better preferably apple cord. But most of all for excellent condition and the price i figured I'd at least be over 80% battery. It is 77%. So I have to go get a battery from apple..because I want my battery professionally done. But I been wanting this iPhone for a long time. I'm happy overall. Will be testing the phone out over the next week.

I bought an excellent condition iPhone 13 Pro. I was very excited to get the product as it's directly from Amazon with a guaranteed good quality and functioning phone. Upon opening I transferred all of the data from my old phone and my e sim, to find out that the camera was broken and the battery health was poor. The camera had these weird black blotches on the pictures, something that I've had on my previous iPhone when the entire lenses were broken, as well as a pop that read "Not a genuine iPhone camera", meaning that it was either a replace part, broken part, incorrectly installed, or not genuine apple product. On top of that the phone was very hot and the battery health was sitting at 82%, which is below average for an "excellent" quality phone. I knew this was a risk going into buying a refurbished phone, but since this is directly through Amazon I thought there would some class, reputation, and good quality control on their products. Although there is a 90 day guarantee, you can only do UPS pickup, in which a ups driver will come at a random time during the next 3 consecutive business days to pick up the package. You cannot drop off the package. How am I supposed to plan my day around a UPS driver coming at any time during the day when I have school, a job, and other things to do? I cannot just sit around my house the entire day waiting for this driver... Overall a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, especially considering how bad the customer service has been with Amazon and UPS. Considering the reputation of both of these companies I decided to take a chance, but it did not pay off. Do not be fooled by the rest of these good reviews that have good quality phones unless you are a gambler.

Just wanted to inform anyone else considering purchasing one of the refurbished "excellent condition" phones shipped and sold by Amazon (and not another third party seller) what to expect: The phone was almost perfect. In functionality I would say it was/is 100% perfect, it works as it should and with a sim card inserted it worked on the new carrier just fine. As far as appearance goes it was 95% perfect. I show a minor scuff along the edge, and on the screen I was unable to photograph it because it was so hard to show, but in the light at an angle you can see a tiny scratch on the screen that is so thin it looks like lint. Again, so small I couldn't even photograph it and when you're looking at the phone lit up it's not even visible. So all in all this was a worthwhile purchase and I would recommend trusting in the Amazon refurbished and unlocked version

Muy duradero ya tengo con el muchos años

The phone looks nice, the screen and case are free of scratches and dents. The battery life is poor though, 75%. Doesn't hold a charge all day like it should. I'll have to decide if I want to return it or just replace the battery. I know that buying refurbished can be a gamble, I've bought many refurbished/renewed electronics but I've never bought one with such a poor quality battery.

Llego bien protegido el teléfono📱, me llego con el 93%🔋 de salud de la batería casi nuevo, sin detalles no tiene rasguños esta casi nuevo!, todo funciona bien 👍 compren teléfonos directamente a Amazon son la mejor opción a un iPhone reacondicionado 10/10

Todo está casi excelente, te lo entregan sin ningún tipo de rallon y batería al 86% Todo perfecto, solo le encontré un detalle en la camara, aparecen cuando haces zoom o cuando cambias a modo retrato se le ven algunos puntitos a veces se disimulan en el paisaje pero en zonas blancas sí que aparecen.

Compré iphone13 pro de 128g en color plata con el vendedor Buyspry. Me llegó en perfectas condiciones, estéticamente excelente, venía ya con una mica puesta y con un cable tipo c genérico. La batería llegó con capacidad de 86% que no es taaan recomendable porque poco a poco va a bajar más, me hubiera gustado por lo menos un 90%. Pero en gral todo va funcionando bien, llevo una semana con él y es un gran cambio. Para todos los que vayan a comprar, revisen primero el vendedor, es muy importante, si tiene pocas reseñas no se arriesguen y siempre graben cuando vayan a abrir el paquete por si ocupan pruebas de que les enviaron otra cosa.

Debo decir que al recibirlo y verlo a simple vista me encanto, eso si su estética 10/10 ni un solo raspón pero al momento de checar la condición era mala, para el precio si me pareció mala además que al momento de ponerle sus protecciones antes de usarlo como es la mica me dijeron que era reconstruido dado el caso que la mica quedaría despegada porque no es pareja la pantalla entonces eso es otra cosa más que no me gusto, pero cámaras y todo muy bonito pero ahí en más eso me quito la tranquilidad 🥲
