For 12:8 IF -since these put you into ketosis in about 1hr - would it be useful to drink before bed so that you quickly go into ketosis during sleep?

How would you compare efficacy to pruvit ketone with this product? Has anyone tried both? Pruvit is very expensive and did nothing for me.

I haven't tried Pruvit because of the cost. I found these and the reviews I read stated they had the same effect as Pruvit so I decided to give this one a shot. The first day was awesome! I had so much energy. That was it. I've finished my 3 boxes with no re-order. It didn't help me lose weight and I didn't have increased energy after that first day. Save your money.
