Was not handed to me personally
Person who delivered left out in the driveway and not on the porch as directed to do. Product is a good product!!!! And too expensive to be haphazardly left in the driveway to get stolen or ran over.

Too harsh for my scalp
Had high hopes but personally it was too harsh for me. I quit using the shampoo and conditioner because it seemed to burn my scalp. I liked the lift and repair system. May work for others but just not for me.
