I travel a couple times a week for work and sometimes need to pull over and pull out my laptop to get some work done. With a mobile hotspot on my phone it's nice to just work in the car instead of going in somewhere and for shorter uses, it works perfectly. It fits between my seat and center console and when I need it I just pull it out and it sits right on the wheel, takes seconds. Positions the laptop at a good height, allows me to rest my elbow on the door arm rest, but I know that is car specific. It doesn't bounce when I type as I would have assumed given its method of attachment. I don't use it for more than an hour at a time and don't use it often, but for the convenience it allows me to work more efficiently in my car and not feel like pulling out my laptop in my car is such a burdensome task.

Product came chipped. Seems decent. Definitely helpful and would buy again but if there is a higher quality option go with that. Seems slight flexible. Question the longevity of it.

I wanted a method to support my laptop, while I waited in the car after chauffeuring my wife for her errands/shopping. Then I saw this and decided to give it a shot: bulls-eye! Really works well in my car (EX-35), just the right height and tilt. I have a small board I lay on the center console for my mouse. Great invention :).

So easy to set and use! I often will use this as I am waiting for my kids after school. Great quality, the height on the workspace is perfect. It allows me to work from the car seamlessly!

Works great with Ford E-Transit. Makes it a pleasure to work on laptop while dc charging or on job sites.

Product works great, installs in a second and thin enough to throw between the seat or under when not in use. 5 stars if I could stop there. 3 stars because it made of cheap laminate particle board. Corner arrived crushed split through multiple layers of the material. Edges are created with a basic router tool and dig into the steering wheel a bit. It probably took them 10 minutes to make this if done by hand with a jigsaw and router. Quality for value so so. Your basically paying a markup on the board with a shipping added in. Better packaging may avoid the damage. As another person said, larger hole with a little rubber would prevent the damage to steering wheel. (I noticed marks in just the 3 minutes I tried it) I may order a replacement and modify it myself like another reviewer did.... or I may stop by home depot today and buy a solid piece of wood and use this general shape as a template to build my own.
