Original Review:I was excited for this range hood. I got it installed. Tested the fan. Worked great. Tested the lights…. Nope! Lights are not working. How are you going to make this right, Vevor, or do I just have to return it to Amazon?Update: 9-13-2023I realized that I can't just simply send the hood back since it's not a Prime item. I've reached out to Vevor's customer service a few times now. It takes 24 to 72 hours to hear back from them each time. They believe the issue is a bad transformer and are sending me a replacement. I asked them for instructions on how to replace the transformer and they've sent me a short video showing someone in their warehouse ripping one out, but not showing how to put the new one back in. We'll see how this goes once I get the new transformer. It looks like it just clips in? I'm really hoping I don't have to solder.Update: 9-29-20231 star to 5 stars for how the customer service team handled this issue to make it right. Then sent me everything I needed to fix the lights. The new transformer easily plugged when connecting to the lights and the board. The sent me a followup video showing how to plug the transformer in. Because the Transformer hadn't arrived by the time they had originally said, they took the initiative to send me a whole new range hood as a replacement. I didn't ask for the replacement, they just sent it. The new tranformer came a day before the replacement range hood, so I tried that first and it worked. I wrote to them letting them know that I hadn't opened the shipping box the replacement range hood came in and asked what they'd like me to do with that. I was expecting them to have me ship it back, which I would have been happy to do. They wrote back saying I didn't haven't to do anything as long as the issue was resolved. Problems are going to happen. What really matters is how sellers respond when there's a problem. Vevor is top notch.The range hood itself is great! The suction is strong. The lights are bright. I like how the controls are physical buttons, so I can easily see their profile and know what I'm pressing instead of having to lower my head to look up at what I'm pressing. I'm 6'3" so, that might not be an issue for shorter people. Much better for me than the touch sensor buttons that are flush with surface. I also like that screws that hold the bottom face on are on the sides, rather than on the front and back. This means you don't see them, and the range hood is very clean and sleek looking.

Decided to remodel our kitchen and remove the old cabinet microwave combo and build and actual range hood, so went with this unit for the project. Great product, super easy to install, nice and quiet. The lights are nice and bright and the unit moves some really good air. Definitely would recommend to others especially for the price.

We love it. Works great and comes with everything you need for in and outside terminations. It’s quiet on level one and works good enough for boiling water steam. Level two is a little louder but nothing crazy. Comes with remote. Would buy again, do recommend.

Used in a custom quartz hood looks great

We got this and installed it professionally. It worked great but after about 6 months, it started to malfunction by turning off randomly when in use. Now it doesn’t turn on at all.We have had it installed for a little over a year.Our last one lasted over 15 years and was still working when we removed it for our remodel.This one looks beautiful, but definitely did not stand the test of time. Maybe we got a dud, but from our experience with the one we received, this hood vent is not worth the cost and I would not recommend.

Very nice cosmetically and great build quality. The blower seems to be of good quality, not stinking plastic, and moves a much larger volume of air than I expected. I love that there's no touch buttons or LCD screens, just raw old school buttons. I would certainly not hesitate buying this again.
