Overall works week. It’s a replacement remote control for me so the Netflix, Disney plus button as a shortcut don’t work for me. Everything else work so I’d recommend it

Put new alkaline batteries in (as suggested) and connected to the tv. However five minutes later it was shown as offline. Once restarted it did not connect again/show up.

Nothing wrong with it apart from its slightly different and not an original Amazon remote.You can feel the difference

Exactly the same as the one I lost but I think they are a bit pricey

We had the remote for 5 months and it is now gone faulty in the same way as the first one we had.Buttons not responding, or continuously responding when only pressed once etc. Now totally unusable.The first one lasted for about 8 months.It's a very cheap and bad quality design compared to something like my old sky remote which has gone through 12 years and 2 children and still working fine.
