I’m a trans person who HATES bras and binders. This is an exceptional alternative that I absolutely love. I’ve gained weight in my abdominals, so the compression in that area is a bonus that has ANOTHER bonus of back support. My work days are long and spent on my feet, so I experience a lot of back pain, which this has reduced. The only down side is that I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it when the weather is warmer. For now though, I love it and want 6 more!

My work uniform is a T-Shirt. I'm a senior with excess flesh in all the wrong places. A T-Shirt on me is very UNflattering. This compression shirt works well under a T-Shirt, so I'd imagine it would be ideal for any overgarment. I recommend this product.

The product lacks elasticity, compression is way too tight to stretch over any grown man. If you're 6 years old and you have gyno, buy an XL. Do not waste your time, if an XL can't fit over both of my shoulders, no size offered is going to fit you unless you want your ribcage to be caved in. I don't know where they ge these sizes from, but it must be sizes for ppl in Indo-China. No grown American man can stretch this over their torso

I am giving this 4 stars because it actually slimmed my love handles down enough to fit into shirts that have become to tight around the stomach. One negative though, it reduced my love handles but pushed my stomach forward a bit but did so with firmness so it isn't all jiggles. The fabric is good quality. I will only be using this until I lose the weight I have gained but a good product nonetheless.

I have been using this sweatshirt for CrossFit training and telling you what it really helps to recover time! It helps me to keep my posture, it sounds weird because it doesn't specify a pose, but I feel like the shoulder is pushed backwards to enhance the posture. It maintains a warm temperature but quickly sweats, thus restoring time. Press the chest well, tighten the waist, and operate exactly as specified. Recommended for those who want to use it to enhance your training and reduce the time between class recovery, or if you buy it for a fool, this is a strong press on the chest, then it can be flattened

I ordered mine smaller than usual because I needed it to fit snugly. I recently had surgery and I needed to have compression on my torso. I’m very pleased with the way it fits. It’s snug but comfortable.

Shirt came used with deodorant stains and hairs!m. That’s not right!

You probably need to consider at least 1 size up from normal. This shirt is tight. Which is what it's supposed to be. Great product.
