I installed this myself. It was pretty easy to install, with the right tools. The batter pack is a bit bulky, so if you have a pedestal sink, you may want to get some large zip ties to keep it attached underneath the sink and out of site.I have had ours installed for about 6 weeks now and we are very pleased with the results. Let's see how long the batteries last without re-charging. But, they are easy to replace.

Just installed this in one of our bathrooms. The ease of installation was great. Very well thought out design and I thought it was mush easier than a traditional faucet. Connections are simple and well marked for all the parts. I would like to have these throughout the entire house someday.

I really like this automatic faucet; my first one at our residence. Despite the mixing (hot/cold) valve leaking when I first installed it, it worked perfectly. So, be sure to keep an eye on it after installation. I emailed the contact in the instructions, explained the issue, and I received a replacement in less than a week. Excellent customer support for this product. It has been a month now, and no issues to report.

These are great. The only complaint I have is you cannot adjust the water pressure so it can go everywhere on occasion. Other than that, convenient during the COVID-19 crisis.

I have had this faucet for 2 years, and it is still working great! I changed the batteries after one year, just to be on the safe side.I do recommend replacing the manual mixing valve with a thermostatic mixing valve, such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FAGWKTC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. It has temperature markings and an anti-scald settings. Plus it is quieter and you get warm water much faster than the manual one.Also, if the water flow is too strong, for about $3, you can change the aerator insert to a lower flow rate. When I searched "aerator insert", I found flow rates of .5, 1.0, and 1.5 gallons per minute (GPM) instead of the 2.2 GPM that comes with the faucet.

Totally disappointed with the quality and performance of the product. I had bought this faucet for my brother but it turned out to be a product not at all worth buying. I will advice those who are planning to switch to automatic sensing bathroom sink faucet to simply stay away from buying this low, poor and above all, a product with so many technical (electro-mechanical) defects. Let me, in a few words, narrate my experience.1. Once the sensor is activated, the water flow never stops.2. The water pressure in tap fluctuates frequently.3. The flow of water from the faucet is not steady.Honestly speaking, I feel Amazon should (rather must) not allow such poor quality products to sell through their portal.

Aesthetically, the faucet is a lot better than many I've seen in public bathrooms. Installation is not difficult. Functionally speaking, there are a couple issues with the product. First, the short sensing distance could be a problem if it is placed more than an inch from sink. In that case, your hands would be over the counter to keep the water running continuously. Otherwise, the water would turn off every few seconds. Perhaps a better sensor range or at least an adjustable running time would make this faucet useable. Second, running very hot water could trick the sensor (which would keep the water running nonstop until you can get under the counter to readjust).

Bought this for my mother in law , she liked my kitchen sink motion activated faucet ( that was $650 !) my husband had no problem installing this for her and the price is amazing! Nice Quality! She loves her motion activated faucet !
