I first purchased two of these at a local hardware store. I loved them! I wanted a couple more, so I checked out Amazon...and they had them...and much cheaper! So I ordered three more. I live on a quiet dead end lane with only 17 homes. We all take great pride in our lawns and homes. So much so, it's got to be competitive. These little lights, hanging in my tall shrubbery has raised the bar. The neighbors are in awe of them. A dear friend of mine was here from out of state for a visit. She is a yard work guru. She was crazy about my firefly lights. So after she left, I came on Amazon and ordered three to be sent to her home in Rhode Island. She is going to be so surprised...and the envy of her neighborhood. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the handle longer.

I use these in the garden- hanging on stakes. On the low setting, they provide soft natural light that is bright and illuminates the garden- lasting 5-8 hours a night depending on how sunny it is in the day. I have some in the garden that have been outside (in Portland, Oregon weather) for over a year- and they are still bright every night and do not look at all worn. Bright setting is enough light to read by- but for garden illumination, I keep them on low.I bought more to keep as emergency lanterns- they are nice enough and discrete enough to leave on windowsills to remain charged.

I wish I could find another one. The battery can’t be changed and mine’s dead

It's such a cute little light. Put it out in the sun and leave it all day and mine, on the lowest setting, shone all night. I do like the different settings and have tried them all. I just wish the blinking setting were a little slower. It's not breakable but it's squishy so I can pack it away for travel/camping and it won't break. I like also, that it can be charged with a usb cable that it comes with. Bright and sunny.

The light does not turn on. Despite 18 hours of charging the solar panel, the light did not turn on. Then I charged the light using the electric portal for a period of 24 hours. The light turned on briefly. Several hours later, I tried again to turn the light on, and nothing happened. I called Amazon for help, and they were not able to give me any advice other than to charge the light. Then I reached out to the seller, and they said they could not help me; I should instead call Amazon. Frustrating. Don't buy it.

I like this light. It came promptly and was just as described. I have it in my yard soaking up solar power all day, then see its light at night. I learned that it has 4 settings: low light will last for 8 hours, medium light will last 4 hours, highest light will last for 2 hours, & you can set it to flashing light. ( I don't think I'd use that). But I think the light is of good quality & hope it will hold up well. I'll probably store it inside in harsh winter weather.

Someone gave me two of these for my birthday and they are perfect for our RV. We liked them so much that we bought 4 more to use by the pool, on the patio, or in the yard hanging in the pergola. The have 4 settings to suit the light that you need. Another good thing is that they fold up and fit in a pocket or purse or for traveling. There are four colors available and I may order other colors. Best of all; you have a free power source - the sun!
