DPP Titanium Adapter Plate for Glock 17 19 MOS Holosun 407K/507K/EPS Carry/EPS/RomeoZero

Fits like a glove. Well machined & precise with a fine level of finish. Packaged w/ necessary screws & helpful information. Attractively priced. Thinner than other options. When test fitting on my Glock MOS cut, without screws, I could turn the gun and optic sideways and nothing fell off. It was like it was hand fitted. Additionally, because this plate is thinner than others, and the deck of the HS507K is low, you can still see the tops of the factory sights. I definitely recommend this plate.

Fits Holosun K series, however it does not fit every “Shield RMSc” footprint optic. I was fortunate to be able to get multiple optics for the holidays to upgrade my pistols. I was a little bummed that the new Vortex Defender series utilized a smaller screw hole than the Holosun, so they will not fit over the DPP mounting posts (no fault of theirs). The fit was tight with the EPS and K optics from Holosun over the post and into the plate. The plate also fit well into the MOS slot. Despite the K series being well regarded to run with factor Glock sights, using this plate with the MOS system still means you need taller sights for cowitness. I ended up mounting the EPS to my Gen5 19MOS and was able to get 1/4 cowitness (part of the dots obstructed) with TruGlo low sights (the one with the set screw in the rear sight). The plate comes well packaged, with three sets of screws — two pairs for the mounting plate, two pairs for the EPS optics, and two pairs for the K optics. I like that they include a backup pair of screws in case you mess them up or lose them. Comes with the torx T-10 tool and a nice plastic case I have two of DPP’s RMR plates and they are working fine. I suspect this will also work just as well. For $40 this is a good deal in comparison to premium pricing by their competitors, and much better than the OEM plates that are included (K plate it not included in the MOS series).

Installation was fairly straight forward. 407K has held zero on my G19 for the past ~1k rounds and being carried appendix every day. The fit is precise, so I'm quite confident that there will be no significant shift to the zero due to the plate.

I was a little worried that being a this price point would mean a lesser-quality product, but this thing is awesome. It fits very well into my MOS cut 19.5 and mounts an EPS Carry perfectly. Getting titanium durability at this price is awesome. It should be significantly more durable than its aluminum counterparts. Works very well, seems to be very well designed, and is nice and thin meaning your optic can sit nice and low. 100% recommend.

Ok, so I was pretty happy with the speed of delivery, the included tools and the way it was packaged. The design seems strong and efficient and the product itself seemed of sufficient quality. The plate did not immediately mount on my g19 MOS slide, was too tight and initially I used a rubber mallet to place it. Initially it looked great. But after I mounted my Holosun eps to it, it was also VERY tight. It was all bolted down to listed torque specs and all was good. Then I started to notice the front of the sight had space between the plate and sight I could see daylight through. I adjusted it several times and couldn’t make it work. Then I had to use fine sandpaper to remove the paint from the front and back of the plate to make it fit correctly invthe MOS cutout. This also had to be done on top of the plate for the sight to mount without binding. It was the binding that seemed to be causing the sight to raise on the front. It’s ok now after I fitted it myself but I wouldn’t do this again and if this holds to 1000 rds I’ll be very surprised. I would find another solution before I tried this plate again. A direct mount would be ideal but until Glock starts using a better sight mounting pattern a custom cut is the obvious choice. ****UPDATE:Ok, so I’ve had this for a few weeks. Once I took off the smallest amount of paint on the leading edge of the plate it did fit perfectly. I’ve put around 500 rounds through the gun and it is not loosening up, which is good. The DPP customer service dept reached out to me and wow, how nice to deal with they were. They wanted to refund my purchase and/or send me another at no cost. I said ok and it arrived within days. I haven’t installed it though as my sight is perfectly mounted and dialed in…just can’t bring myself to dismount it just to install an identical plate. I am very happy with this purchase and do recommend it for Glock MOS applications. Of course direct mount is ideal, but this is working really well after proper fitting. DPP is focused on customer service and I appreciate that these days.

If you use a proper torque wrench or at least understand that the screws that attach the plate and whatever optic you choose are SMALL and do not require much torque. You will not break the screws. I used a BW Casey Inch-pound torque driver and did not have an issue. If you do any optics mounting, this is a must for your tool kit. Buy one, they're not that expensive. Then you can stop giving 1 star reviews for cheap metal when in fact you over-torqued the screws. This adaptor plate fit like a glove on my Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. Very high quality. Screws come with loctite already applied and it comes with extra screws.

I've run quality brands like CH, Calculated, Forwards and others and DPP works great for the price. I've never had fitment issues or anything coming loose or breaking. Use your thread locker, torque, witness marks and you won't have issues. Thousands of rounds through the pews I have them on with no problems.
