Ok, so first off, I got this set on a lightning deal, and that meant it was £10 cheaper than the same set offered by another seller here on Amazon. So that's a good start.The kit itself is perfectly acceptable. That said, the plastic openers are not the sturdiest you'll ever use, with some fraying around the edges of the plectrum openers, and one of the plastic spudgers, after one use. That said, it's nothing that makes them unusable, and at this price you wouldn't expect much more. Bits are OK, but again, I wouldn't want to use them for anything strenuous - but then, if you're using this for laptops and computers it's not like you should be coming up against anything which requires too much force.The flexible add-on shaft is definitely helpful, although it would be also useful to have a thinner extension for those screws which are sunk into recesses.The magnetic screw mat is pretty useful too, particulary as it's laid out in a grid, which makes putting your screws in the right layout for return easy. Be aware though that it's not super magnetic and knocking any screws on it will knock them out of place, or even off the map, so best to have it out of the way.The screwdriver itself if perfectly functional and gives decent grip when in use.All in all, this is a perfectly functional set if you're doing the odd repair / teardown / replacement job. Maybe not a purchase if you're doing repairs of this type for a business, where you'd be using them constantly every day, but completely acceptable for the hobbyist. Quite happy to have these in the tool box along with my other PC parts tools.Actually, the only thing that I think could have been included, although it would have raised the price a little, is an anti-static wrist strap. You likely would never need one, given tolerances and build quality of modern pc / phone / etc parts. but it's always better safe than sorry

I purchased this to take apart a smartphone and clean out my PS4 fan. Fantastic tool kit that contains everything you would need to carry out or open any type of electronics or small form item.Massive range of bits, sockets, security screws torx and more, with flexibility neck adapter to go in small spaces or bends. Feels very good in the hand, so easy to unscrew and screw, magnetic ends, matt, phone and trim openers. High quality and great value, makes repairs much more straightforward!

This is a great set for the money. Jam packed with bits from Philips to Torx and Standoffs, with it’s own screwdrivers and a magnetic pad to keep your screws in place, this is very good value for money to fix your small technological problems if you don’t want to pay the premium asked by the likes of iFixit. Many decently made bits and a good quality magnetic screwdriver, with pull tabs and plenty of insert plastic clips, this set should last me years before needing to replace it.

If you need triangle screw bits, one which are stars with holes or any weird shaped things then yeah, this tool kit is for you… if you are looking for one with a range of crops head or flat bits, then look elsewhere although this will ‘make do’ for those bits.All in all it’s a great toolkit for something like mechanics or motor trade as it has a wide range of bits of different sizes, my main disappointment was that the flat and cross head bits were rather small - as in they only just managed to fit for standard screws to put together a cabinet.You get a wide range of parts and the case is handy for storing them but for general DIY it’s not ideal as all the bits are so small - not one of them is larger than about half a centimetre.It has a variety of other bits such as tweezers, so much more suited to finer work but I struggle to think really what for as they are too small really for general DIY and too large for things like jewellery and watches, but they suffice and survived building a cabinet so that’s the main thing really!It’s a sturdy set and held up to some throwing around and unlike many sets the bits actually stay in the driver and do not get stuck or fall out every two seconds!

I am very impressed with this product. It has so many items inside and everything you will need to replace a smartphone screen. I am actually waiting for a new screen to arrive as my current screen is cracked in all the wrong places forcing my phone to hang-up on calls and start apps by itself. I'm looking forward to using this product again. I have bought many items from Amazon over the years but this product is by far the best purchase I've made. Great value for money when you see everything you get inside a strong and sturdy case.
